Hero
MotoCorp is a World Class Manufacturing company. The working environment and
the package offered are higher in comparison to the other companies like
Maruti Suzuki, Ashok Leyland, Honda Siel ltd etc. Thus, it is a very good
option for those who want to make a career in the Manufacturing domain.
Job
Profile: In the year 2012-13 recruitment,
company offered non-R&D jobs. The various job profiles which are there for
the taking include Shop Floor jobs, R&D jobs, Maintenance, Quality,
Marketing etc.
Salary
Offered: Hero MotoCorp provide a whooping 6
lacs per annum package.
Recruitment
Process: The complete process comprises of
the following rounds:
1.
Written Test
2.
Group Discussion
3.
Personal Interview
Written
Test is the first hurdle and it is a very
tough one. The number of questions are more and the time allotted is very less.
The level of question is also very high. The technical section carries
questions from the Previous year GATE papers and the Aptitude section is of CAT
level. It is tough, no doubt. But remember, it is tough for all, not just for
you. The papers remains the same for all the colleges, give and take a few
questions.
Group
Discussion will be another tough round in which
more than your communication skills & the quality of your points raised,
your confidence and your power to persuade others (or I should say, your power
to make others speechless) are what they see. The various GD topics are:
- Reality Shows: Pros & Cons.
- Should Tendulkar retire or not? (This can well be your GD’s topic as this man is not gonna retire soon..:)..!.)
- Is Anna Hazare doing the right thing by, in a way, blackmailing the Govt?
Personal
Interview is easier comparatively where your
work in the field of Automobile is seen. Your participation in concerned club
activities, projects will do it for you. Take all supporting documents with
you, it will help!
